Ngabonziza is the founder of Ikiringo Africa Culture Hub (Ikiringo means happiness from social cohesion), a social enterprise aiming at providing support to local cultures by promoting authentic portrayal in an attempt to protect their heritage; promoting cultural tourism while creating employment for locals for sustainable wellbeing; raising awareness and promote the African cultures; and to inspire African citizens to embrace their cultural identity and cultural diversity as well as provide a platform for them to tell their own stories and engage in meaningful cultural exchanges.

Launched in Rwanda, Ikiringo is now officially operating in Eswatini, Guinea and Tanzania with a plan to explore more in Sub-Saharan Africa. Ikiringo has produced documentary films on different cultures and tribes, organized cultural events to celebrate the authentic culture diversity. Furthermore, Ikiringo Africa host a monthly Ikiringo Series to discuss culture and traditions to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages”. As culture has a strong psychological element attached to it, Ikiringo Africa Culture Hub chose to apply its resources to the mental health aspect of well-being by ensuring a preserved identity which in return fosters the sense of belonging and value.
