Kimberly Scott
Kimberley Scott is a Brooklyn-based visual artist, arts and health professional, and educator with expertise in creating and leading evidence-based arts and wellness programs for various populations and communities. As a graduate of the MA in Arts in Medicine program at the University of Florida, Kimberley strongly understands the role of the arts in promoting wellness and integrating antiracism, diversity, equity, access, and inclusion in all programs and procedures. As an artist in health, she is particularly interested in creating programs that address the prevalent research gap that exists for Black women and girls and strongly believes in the need for culturally relevant needs assessments to inform arts programming for diverse populations and communities.
Kimberley is a self-described “wanna-be runner” who enjoys traveling and loves working in the darkroom, processing and printing black-and-white film and photos.
